This Mosaic Cross was commissioned by my client as a gift for her aunt and uncle, who collect crosses and angels. The blue
imprinted angel tile, which serves as the focal point, was handmade specially for the Cross. The beads and pearls were used
to accent the design lines running through the tile. Medium blue stained glass pieces were scattered throughout the background
to coordinate with the angel tile. The background was kept clean and simple. The end result is beautiful and calming.
Materials: Handmade ceramic tile, gold plated beads, blue glass beads, freshwater pearls and
stained glass on wood, grouted.
